The casino royale is owned by a man named walker and it's an airborne casino as well as a repair station where many ships stop during their shore leave. walker knows alex row, who he refers to as his "outlaw friends". when the silvana arrives for repairs after fighting against guild fighters, walker gives alex row information about an artifact called exile being sold in auction at horizon cave. he also fixes up the ship again after its battle with urbanus.
