Despite this, he has access to significant wealth and resources due to Team Rockets primary source of income - selling stolen Pokémon. Additionally, he earns money through smuggling, trafficking Pokéballs, and engaging in other criminal activities. Giovanni's operations span across both Kanto and Johto regions. While he rarely interacts with people face-to-face, he communicates with his subordinates via telecommunications.
