The protagonist frequently engages in combat through the game Kill-Ballad and belongs to his school's robotics team. Following the Anemone-gou Incident, he experiences episodes where time appears to move at a significantly slower pace for him. Despite having no interest in robots, he joins the club solely to be near Akio, as Misaki had left him before departing from the island.
