14-year-old Otoha Takanashi is an eighth grader with a feminine style who belongs to Edel Rose, which competes against Prism Stone. Despite being shy and easily frightened by Bell's scolding, she can display a strong personality when faced with challenging circumstances. She has the ability to detect music through its scent.

She became friends with the Prism Stone girls after a feud with Bell, but returned and formed a Prism Unit with Bell and Wakana called Bell Rose.
