Hyou is known as the Second Rashou. He belongs to the Hokuto lineage and is Ken's true older brother. As a child, he was separated from Ken, which led Juukei, his scarred forehead being evidence of this event, to seal away his memories. Despite being favored by Juukei over Kaiou due to their bloodline, Hyou currently plays a secondary role in relation to him.
