Kugelmugel  

In 2011, a new character named Kugelmugel was added to the cast of Hetalia. This micronation is located in Austria and has a male gender despite appearing feminine. Although Liechtenstein believed him to be female and called him "cute," other nations referred to him as a "he." Austria described him as eccentric, while Sealand, Wyoming, and Seborga tried to ask him to join their micronation club but were scared off by his odd behavior. Despite not being officially invited, Kugelmugel eventually joined the club. He considers declaring independence as an artistic expression.
