Atsushi is Hikaris older brother who is known for being calm and composed. He attends a regular high school and provides honest opinions without fail. Unlike his sister, he avoids physical confrontations and has never engaged in any shouting or fighting since childhood. This was due to an incident when Hikari witnessed Atsushi beating up a boy who had hurt her, causing him to have a terrifying facial expression that made her faint. However, if he perceives his sister to be in danger, he sets aside his peaceful demeanor and will not hesitate to defend her physically. Even today, Hikari still gets scared whenever Atsushi becomes truly angry.
