The head psychiatrist who is responsible for creating the DC Mini was extremely talented. However, after it was stolen, they went on an irrational rant and ultimately harmed themselves by jumping out of a building. After becoming insane, they found themselves in a bizarre dream that seemed to have originated from one of their previous psychotic patients. Paprika eventually came to their rescue.
