He has a flair for the dramatic, using it to his advantage by diverting attention from his opponents with peculiar carnival dolls. Before launching an attack, he employs high explosive devices. The Brain Lizard is a tall, blond man who possesses the ability to control viral effects on himself and others. He sports a single large red optical device over his eyes, earning him the nickname Cyclops. His other implants render him more potent and lethal than any other virus-infected person. Even in Hyper-mode, he effortlessly surpasses Serge's capabilities.
