Seiko kimura leads the 4th division at hopes peak academy. during her time there, she was known as the ultimate pharmacist. she has a reserved personality and speaks in a stilted manner. as a pharmacist, she possesses extensive knowledge of medicine and drugs. like kyoko kirigiri, seiko is aware that it's easy for others to guess what she's thinking through her facial expressions, so she conceals her face behind a mask.
