Mukade  

Anrokuzan, ムカデ

The primary adversary in Naruto Shippūden 4: The Lost Tower is named Mukade. His objective becomes clear when it's discovered that he seeks to harness the power of a slumbering ley line concealed within the ruins. By unleashing this power, he causes a radiant light to envelop Naruto and sends him back in time, 20 years prior to the series' start. Additionally, Mukade is able to travel through time and manipulate past events to his advantage, ultimately becoming the Minister of Rōran under the alias Anrokuzan (アンロクザン, Anrokuzan).
