Father Kanda  

A corrupt priest named Father Kanda was discovered to have used all of the church's donation money for membership dues at the Roppongi Club. This man had supernatural abilities and could control electricity. Additionally, he possessed the ability to transform into wires and manipulate thunderbolts. He believed in his own divinity due to these powers.
