Kei is younger brother to Toshi and attends kindergarten. He's full of curiosity and enjoys watching Ganbaman, particularly Gamba White who leads the team. Although as a kindergartener, he struggles to keep up with his older siblings and classmates in fifth grade, he still tries to help Shinsengumi whenever possible.
