However, Team Rocket discovered this plan and disguised themselves as the professor and Mary. A quiz show was held with Nurse Joy's help to determine who the real Oak and Mary were. In Oaknapped!, Professor Oak disappeared before filming his segment. As a result, Mary asked Officer Jenny, Ritchie, and Tracey for assistance in locating him. Eventually, they learned that he had been kidnapped by Butch and Cassidy.
