Mondai  

In Konoha, a pair of individuals named Mondai and Poccha arrived with the intention of learning its secrets. Although they lacked training in shinobi arts, they believed that acquiring enough knowledge would enable their village to secure more missions and garner admiration from the women of the village. Their village's location remains unknown; it may be situated within Fire Country or a neighboring non-shinobi nation. Mondai disguised himself as Maito Gai upon entering the village, unable to utilize Henge. Instead, he donned costumes. Kakashi recognized their deception and reported their presence to Tsunade, who decided to play along by assigning them grueling missions involving Sakura, TenTen, and Katsuyu. The two men agreed in hopes of gaining favor with Tsunade. Unfortunately, Naruto was taken in by the disguise and collaborated with the impostors as part of his training. When they were finally satisfied, Mondai and Poccha departed from Konoha to meet Gai and Lee, who were returning. The real Gai and Lee were caught off guard by their impersonators but effortlessly defeated them, ending their mischief.
