Ritsuko is a 16-year-old high school student who enjoys military hardware and acts as both a tank driver and sniper. She has a tomboyish personality but maintains her femininity. Despite this, she also displays a more innocent side, such as falling in love with the cute Pichi and maintaining a belief in Father Christmas long after others have abandoned it. Ritsuko is also afraid of ghosts and carries various weapons including a Heckler & Koch USP40, G36C Assault Rifle, PSG1 Sniper Rifle, sheath knife, and C4. She has an IQ of 500 and speaks fluently in English and German. In the manga, Ritsuko is shown to be jealous when Junpei is approached by another girl romantically.
