After Garner left as director of 3WA, Poporo was appointed to take over this role. He possesses a cybernetic left arm due to an incident involving Berringer many years ago. Despite his desire to give Kei and Yuri permanent desk jobs, all assignments are managed by the central computer at 3WAs headquarters, leaving him with little control over their workload. The best he can do now is guide them through their tasks while hoping for a better outcome. However, it's challenging for Poporo when his wife constantly calls him during work hours to dictate grocery lists. He has one child from a previous relationship, Rosa.
