Julia is a captivating and enigmatic woman who has been associated with both Spike and Vicious in their pasts. A romantic entanglement among the three led to Spike's departure from the syndicate rather than confronting Vicious directly. Although Spike desired to take her away when he left, Julia was coerced by Vicious into almost killing him. When Vicious discovered that they were planning to flee together, he threatened Julia with death unless she killed Spike first. To safeguard not only herself but also the man she loved, Julia escaped and never met Spike at his funeral as planned.
