In the Transformers franchise, Jazz is a member of the Autobots who stands out for being "cool," "stylish," and "competent." He drives a Martini Porsche 935 Turbo racing car as his original vehicle mode. Known for being self-possessed and calm, Jazz leads Special Operations with his own team of agents. He often takes on the most dangerous missions himself, not out of ego but because he's the coolest head for the job. Despite any environment, Jazz is at ease and can adapt to local cultures effortlessly. His ability to make creative decisions makes him an essential sidekick to Optimus Prime. Although some later releases use the name Autobot Jazz due to trademark issues, Jazz remains a beloved character from the original series.
