Harukaze-san is a young small fairy with short brown hair, a green dress, and a pink headband. Harukaze-san sleeps in a cloud bed. She has a bag that produces a breeze. Harukaze-san first appeared in the episode "Melonpanna and Harukaze-san", where Melonpanna befriends with spring breeze fairy. The character appeared in many more episodes as recent as March 2013.
