Hakka  

Hakka, the new President of the Ferrymen River Department in WFO, bears a resemblance to Bekkos father and Chikas personality traits. He can be serious, cool, mysterious, but also gay-like at times. He shows great admiration and friendliness towards Bekko, whom he nicknames "Bekko-chan." Despite his jealousy of Bekkos "nicer ass," Hakka is motivated by Bekkos efforts in the Z-Loan office to establish A-Loan (Alive-Loan) and employs Zen, Toko, and Shuji. In reality, he is also President of the ARRC (Akashic Record Reform Committee), with his true aim being to eliminate Z-Loan. Hakka possesses a wealth of knowledge about others' backgrounds and histories, including those of Shiba and Michiru. In Volume 10 of the manga, he reveals that Michiru is a Singularity rather than a human.
