Ishikawa  

The man in question has a mustache and was present during Akagi's famous mahjong battle against Ichikawa. He is the only yakuza member remaining when the fake Akagi arrives at their gathering. Despite this, he harbors doubts about the authenticity of the newcomer, as he is the sole individual who questions whether or not the person before him is truly Akagi. After spotting the real Akagi, the man and Nangou embark on a city-wide search to locate him.
