Hiroyuki, also known as Yuki, is a tall and beautiful transgender woman who is in a relationship with her boyfriend Shii. Initially, she was attracted to Yoshino, assuming him to be a cis boy, but they remain good friends even after learning of his assigned sex. She sees herself reflected in Shuuichi, despite significant differences between their situations. Growing up, Shii was the only friend who supported her while others teased and bullied her. Yuki dislikes cooking and runs a gay bar. Despite having a positive attitude, she understands the struggles of Shuuichi and Yoshino and often provides helpful advice when they need it. Her parents own a uniform store, and due to her strained relationship with them since her transition, she hasn't been back home in a while. In Takako Shimuras short story collection Boku wa, Onna no ko, Yuki is the protagonist of "Hana." Her family, consisting of her father, mother, brother, and sister-in-law, appears in the story, and it's revealed that she's a fan of Keiji Sata, an actor from the Showa period.
