Kakisuke

In Japanese folklore, Momotarou had a companion named Kakisuke who helped him in his adventures. Now, Kakisuke works in animal hell as an assistant to punish individuals who mistreated animals during their lifetime. There are also references to Kakisuke being the monkey from "The Crab and the Monkey" Japanese folktale.
