Bonney is the captain of the Bonney Pirates and hails from the South Blue. She has a bounty of 140 million beli and is one of the 11 Supernovas. Unlike other Supernovas, she is female. Bonney is known for her voracious appetite and poor table manners; she often demands more food even before finishing her current meal. Her love for pizza is evident in her first appearance in the series when she eats a slice. Despite her bad habits, Bonney possesses common sense and knows when to fight and when to avoid trouble, especially in dangerous places like the Sabaody Archipelago. During this time, she orchestrated a scene where her "older brother" was supposedly killed by a World Noble's initial shot to prevent an Admiral from coming to the island. Bonney follows the traditional pirate stereotype and acts solely for self-preservation. Although she saved Zoro from attacking a World Noble, she refused to help an innocent man who had been previously shot by the same noble because he was a stranger and she was a pirate, while Zoro was also a stranger but a fellow pirate.
