The first witch in the series is introduced as a young and not very skilled witch, which is why Mifune is guarding her. She cares deeply for him and considers anyone who fights with him to be a bully, even if it was his fault. Her animal theme appears to revolve around chameleons, evident from her hat's appearance, last name, and the entrance of her castle. In later scenes, she attends meetings alongside Mifune, causing Eruka great anger. So far, the only magic she has displayed is partial invisibility. Arachne holds her captive to force Mifune into fighting for her, but Angela seems unaware of this. Previously, she was being exploited by a mafia family until Mifune arrived and kidnapped her instead to protect her.
