In prison, a man named Tsukumo was arrested for trespassing and had previously escaped from other prisons before being sent to Nanba. Initially placed in Cell 13 of Building 13, he was later transferred to Cell 11. Although Tsukumo claims to be a shinobi, his skills are not up to par. It is later revealed that he is actually a famous actor who grew up in a shinobi village and lost his parents at a young age. Disappointed with his acting career, Tsukumo sought to return to his village but got lost and ended up on private property. Despite protests from his manager, Hanzou Hattori, Tsukumo has chosen to continue serving his sentence in Nanba.
