Max Steindorf

Max Steindorf served as a lawyer's assistant in former East Germany and was referred to as "Secretary" because of his role as a politician's secretary. He remained the only helper for the injured lawyer, demonstrating his loyalty through constant threats to take Tenma's life if he refused treatment.
