Edward Haints  

Edward Hains, a senator in Illinois State Assembly, is running for mayor of Chicago. His campaign focuses on protecting citizens through stricter gun laws. However, it's important to note that he also runs one of the largest illegal gun-selling operations in the state. The strict gun control measures he plans to implement will benefit his own illicit business by raising prices. Meanwhile, Bill Collins investigates Hains and asks George Black for help. Natasha Radinov is hired by both men to kill witnesses and derail the investigation. However, Hains also orders Radinov to assassinate Black in order to keep profits from his illegal gun-selling operation.
