A candidate for repairs, known as Kizna, has earned a reputation among her peers for being earnest, competitive, and sometimes blunt in her communication style. Despite this, she exudes an air of femininity that endears her to all who know her. Kizna's dexterity and skill as a repairer have made her highly respected within the community. She has a sweet tooth and enjoys indulging in sweets from time to time. As a child, Kizna experienced an accident that resulted in the replacement of her ears with artificial cat ears. These were positioned on top of her red hair, which she often hid beneath a hat. This worked fairly well until Zero accidentally knocked off her hat, causing Kizna to express her displeasure towards him. Despite their initial animosity, Kizna and Zero eventually formed a bond as he became her repair partner. Over time, Kizna grew determined to help Zero become the best pilot he could be, even though she had missed her own chance at this career path.
