The Vice-principal at Seito Sannomiya Private School works closely with Chieko Sannomiya, a stern woman who hates men due to an unsuccessful marriage. Mukogawa has one child and often tries to discredit Hibiki's identity throughout his career. Despite this, she does not mention her child to the staff or students of the institution.
