A character from the fictional world of jadow, known as "dark fiend," is an agent with bat-like features who possesses a french accent. he is portrayed as arrogant and snobbish, and has a fondness for sprocket. this affection was revealed when he attempted to create a love potion for her. prior to being employed by gedow and following his dismissal from jadow, charles operated a small vegetable stand.
