Ryo mashiba is a character from the anime and manga series hajime no ippo and fighting spirit. he's known for his dark personality, but occasionally shows his lighter side. he lives with his sister kumi and has been protective of her since their parents died in an accident while he was in school. his boxing style is unique and includes the flicker jab and a close-range chopping right, which are both similar to thomas hearns' techniques.
