Madame Marciano, a high-ranking official from the Syndicate "Guild," left to form her own syndicate called "Criminal Guild." She did this after being questioned about her motives by members of the original "Guild." Despite investigators not touching her, she commands a group of hitwomen known as the 12 Sisters. These women are her robotic "daughters" and she is cold towards them. Marciano was responsible for killing Bruce, the pirate king, three years before the story began.
