Kulon, falsely accused and banished from his home planet, arrived on Earth with other Rukeitai. As a speedster known for being the fastest in the universe, he caused some chaos while running away from law enforcement. His initial arrest was due to his enjoyment of giving others the sensation he experienced with his speed, but unknowingly transporting criminals as well. Eventually, Kulon found himself under the protection of Sadamitsu, serving a role similar to that of a sidekick, often riding on a motorcycle. Despite being frightened, Kulon proved to be incredibly loyal and obeyed all of Sadamitsus requests.
