Sieg Lloyd is a CEO named Siegfried von Schroider who leads Schroeder Corp, which competes with KaibaCorp. He's the European champion in Kaibas KC Grand Championship and wants to defeat KaibaCorp as revenge because he believes Seto Kaiba stole his technology for holographic Dueling.
