The martial arts instructor of M1, M2, and M3, Mitamura, spent many years teaching young boys about martial arts. However, one day Dr. Ichigaki secretly poisoned him. Despite this, his disciples were deeply affected by the loss of their master and were willing to do anything for his recovery. Dr. Ichigaki then took three of his students, En, Ryo, and Kai, and turned them into weapons under his control. Kurama discovered this information through one of Dr. Ichigakis henchmen and healed Mitamura. Although the three disciples felt guilty for their actions, Genkai explained that they had been given a choice to be cleansed or not, and Mitamura forgave them easily.
