Teruhiko Kumakashi is a high school student in his third year. He's serious, thoughtful, and contemplative. He's also part of the gardening club because he likes growing plants and takes care of them too much. As a result, you might find him near the greenhouses often.

Teruhiko Kumakashi is the only son (and successor) of the Japanese bear family tree. His father died early, leaving his wife and elderly mother behind. In order to save the dying family tree, the two women suggest that Teruhiko has a child. However, surrogate mothers are quite expensive, thats why Teruhiko is forced to bear the child himself without even completing the high school. Nevertheless, Teruhiko is not delighted with this idea.
