Bowser is Mario's greatest enemy. As the leader of the Koopa race and the most powerful turtle-like creature, he has a reputation for being ruthless and ambitious. Despite occasionally joining forces with Mario in some games, Bowser is generally considered to be an evil character due to his desire to kidnap Princess Peach, overthrow her as queen of the Mushroom Kingdom, and conquer it himself. Bowser has eight children, including the seven Koopalings and Bowser Jr. He is known for repeatedly abducting Princess Peach in order to further his plans for world domination. His army includes a variety of creatures such as Koopas, Goombas, and Piranha Plants. Bowser's appearance has changed over the years, but he generally resembles a turtle-dragon hybrid with large claws on both his feet and hands. He is also much larger than any other character in the game. His primary color is yellow, with a green shell and spikes on both his tail and shell. He has a tuft of red hair on top of his head and can breathe fire in many games. In summary, Bowser is an evil turtle-like creature who kidnaps Princess Peach as part of his plan to take over the Mushroom Kingdom. He commands an army of Koopas, Goombas, and Piranha Plants and has eight children, including Bowser Jr. His appearance has changed slightly over time but he is generally a large yellow turtle-dragon hybrid with spikes on his tail and shell and the ability to breathe fire.
