General Krueger  

After Commander Amus' repeated unsuccessful attempts to eliminate the SSX gang, General Krueger arrives at Illumidas Earth Occupation HQ to assume command as Supreme Commander. As a strict military officer, Krueger's initial action is to order the annihilation of planet Mistral due to its permitting the Arcadia's landing, in an effort to establish a warning for any potential harborers of Harlock in the future. Despite keeping Mr. Zone as a mercenary, Krueger is prepared to dismiss him if he fails again.
