Captain Puppuu led the Piggy Pirates of Arabasta. In an attempt to rob a port city protected by Crocodile's Suna Suna no Mi, he caused a sandstorm that drained the water from his body and crew. Although it is unclear if he survived, it appears unlikely due to his actions. His name translates to "Oink Oink" and was disclosed in Grand Data File Blue.
