In Kaolinites second attempt to obtain a pure heart crystal for Professor Tomoe, Nekonneru was created as a Daimon in the form of a purple catgirl. She climbed from a jigsaw puzzle while Usagi and Mamoru were taking care of stray cats at an abandoned house. Whenever part of her body was hit by an attack, it would turn into puzzle pieces that fell off before re-forming. Her goal was to target Miharu, who had also been looking after the cats.
