One of Academy City's 12 Directors is funding the group known as ITEM. This Director suffered serious injuries at the hands of Accelerator, prompting them to hire a mercenary named Stephanie Gorgeouspalace for an assassination attempt. However, after learning that one of her friends had been injured by an ITEM member and realizing that this Director was actually financing ITEM, Stephanie decided to target him instead.
