The Nome King

The nome king is the ruler of the nome kingdom, located in the deadly desert. he has tried multiple times to conquer all of oz to gain control over the emerald city but failed due to the warm climate and intense sunlight that drained his army. despite being short in stature, he compensates by demonstrating his power through various means such as drying up an entire sea and kidnapping the prince of ev. after dorothy and her friends rescue the prince from him in ozma of oz, the nome king becomes enraged and plots revenge by conquering oz and ruling over the emerald city with general guph and a giant worm's help. the nomes dig a tunnel under the deadly desert towards the emerald city using the worm as an instrument.
