The head of the Farnese family is offering Juliet and her entourage shelter in their theater owned by William. She's an old friend of Conrads and knows Juliet's secret. After Juliet is rescued from Montague, she offers her home in Mantua as a sanctuary for Juliet, Curio, Francisco, and Antonio. The butler Ariels attends to their needs while Regan, Balthazar's granddaughter, also joins them. Her name could be a reference to the sprite from Shakespeare's Tempest who serves as an eye and ear for one of the main characters.
