In the series, Iczer-3 is the main character. She's the last of three gynoids created in the Iczer line by Cthulhu and looks like she's ten years old. Iczer-1, her older sister, gets hurt fighting Neos Gold, so Iczer-3 goes to Earth to replace her in battle against Neos forces. Although Iczer-3 has the same strength as Iczer-1, she lacks experience and maturity to use it effectively at first. Her early tactics are childish and playful. She becomes close friends with Nagisa Kasumi and develops strong feelings for her.
