Giancarlo is an employee of Horizon Cave station and reports to Duke Henry Knowles. He also acts as an auctioneer at black market events when the Exile artifact is being sold. When the artifact, which was purchased for 50 billion Claudia, turns out to be fake, Delphine rewards him with a Guild ring. However, using this ring causes Giancarlo's death by turning him into dust.
