The Blue Sirens' Co-pilot is Tsuyoshi, Susumu's twin brother who specializes in mechanics and engineering. Since they share the same mindset, Tsuyoshi can predict what his brother is thinking and doing at all times. Eventually, both brothers are tasked with International Hyper Rescue missions in New York.
