Himeko is the vice-president of the Student Council and has been friends with Mei since childhood. She is known for being strict and unyielding in following school rules. Despite this, she enjoys wearing lolita fashion when not at school. Himeko can be quite jealous and protective of Mei, and strongly disapproves of Yuzu's close relationship with her. There are rumors that Himeko harbors romantic feelings for Mei, which she often emphasizes by referring to their childhood friendship. However, despite her yandere-like personality, Himeko ultimately cares about Mei's wellbeing and begrudgingly accepts Yuzu's attraction towards her. She frequently complains about Yuzu's behavior.
