Jukai  

Jukai is an elderly member of the organization with a distinctive raspy voice, despite never being seen on camera. He wears a straightjacket with spikes on his back and a mask bearing the number six. His expertise lies in manipulating hydrogen/oxygen particles in the air, as demonstrated when he teleports Hazanko to the Leylines gate. Jukai attacks by transforming into a giant whirlwind of water and charging at his opponents. After being defeated by Aisha at the Leyline, he deflates like a popped balloon, with streams of liquid emerging from numerous wounds. Although confined in a jacket, Jukai can still cast spells by shaking his body from side to side. He serves as Hazanko's right-hand man and is considered one of the strongest spellcasters besides Hazanko himself.
